I have seen so many new faces around here so I thought I would re-introduce myself. For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Lacey, I'm the mama behind the brand. A little bit about me, I am Canadian, I grew up racing ATV’s across North America since the age of 5yrs and won the women's Canada Cup championship in 2012. After winning that championship, we decided to pack our trailer and head south to race in the USA. In 2014 I won another women's Pro championship, and also took home the Rider of the Year award. Every weekend was a LONG road trip with our quads and trailer, racing our little hearts out. Those days were pure gold, and my racing pals are still my family<3
Sadly that year, we closed that chapter of our lives. I traded my helmet for a nurse’s cap and now work in the emergency room and labour and delivery unit, But my love for extreme sports never left me.
I’m now a mama of THREE boys (one is still cooking lol). Beckham 3yr, Brooks 2yr, and a 3rd little dude coming in June, I was born to be a boy mom! My boys have been absolutely moto obsessed since the day they came out (maybe a little peer pressure from the fam hahah).
I started designing this brand when my first was 3M old. I wasn't able to find a brand that showcased all extreme sports besides MX, such as ATVs (this was a must lol), Snowmobiles, BMX and SXS. Even for the brands that did create MX clothes, none of these brands were Canadian, and all of us Canadians KNOW it is EXTREMELY expensive for us to purchase from the US due to all the duties and international shipping. So that's when Rad Rascals was born, the first ever Canadian kids lifestyle brand for extreme sports. This brand is all about showcasing fearless kids who love to rip, ride, and wheelie like there is no tomorrow.
