Exchange Policy
At Rad Rascals, we're proud to outfit kids for adventure, play, and everyday fun. We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
Items may be exchanged if they meet the following requirements:
- Purchased directly from RadRascals.ca
- Exchange request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags are still attached
- Returned in new, resalable condition
Exchange Options
We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for:
- A different size of the same product
- A different product of equal value
- Store credit for future purchases
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Gift card purchases
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a quality issue, Rad Rascals must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. Please email heycoolkids@radrascals.ca with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description so we can review your claim.
Non-Eligible Items
We are unable to accept exchanges on items that:
- Show signs of wear, washing, or use
- Have tags removed
- Are returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Were not purchased directly from RadRascals.ca
- Are gift cards, final sale, or clearance items

To start an exchange, contact our customer service team at heycoolkids@radrascals.ca and include your order number. We'll be happy to help find the best solution and get your little rascal back on track.
The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
All orders will ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). If you need an order shipped sooner, please email radrascals.shop@gmail.com
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery of your order will vary depending on your location. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.
All orders in Canada ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). Your order will ship within our regular window via priority mail.
INCORRECT ADDRESS | RETURNED MAIL
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Rad Rascals is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to Rad Rascals may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with the shipping provider. Rad Rascals is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages.
LOST PACKAGES
Orders protected by Route may be eligible for recovery, replacement, or reimbursement. Customers with Route Package Protection should refer to the email sent by Route at the time of purchase and follow the instructions provided to file a claim directly through Route.
Orders that opted out of Route Package Protection, Rad Rascals does not issue refunds for lost packages. It is the customer's responsibility to work with the shipping carrier to locate a lost package.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are up to Rad Rascals sole discretion. Our goal is to ship orders promptly, so it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email ASAP at heycoolkids@radrascals.ca to see if we can change, cancel, or correct the order before it ships.
COUPONS | SALES
All sale items are final. Coupons, promotional codes, and sales may not be stacked or combined. Coupons or promotional codes will not be applied to existing orders following purchase.
